Mr. Abhay Singh Tomar, an advocate (Registered member of Delhi High Court), having rich and varied experience of 3 years in handling corporate legal matters. Over a period of time, he diversified into regulatory and compliance matters. He also provides corporate legal services to corporate and assistance to clients in all areas of corporate laws and capital restructuring and stamp duty matters. He also have wide range of experience in liasioning with statutory authorities such as Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Regional Director, Registrar of Companies, Official Liquidator etc.
SACHIN SHAH
Mr. Sachin Shah is our local representative operating from Vancouver, Canada. He is an MBA graduate with over 20 years of experience in various industries such as Advertising, Automotive, Banking, Construction, IT and Real Estate. Sachin has over 10 years of entrepreneurial experience providing solutions to major international retail and F&B brands.
He is also a founder of settlement services company that assists individuals and organizations to transition and establish in Canada.
RAJESH KRISHNAN
Mr. Rajesh Krishnan is our local representative operating from Dubai, UAE. He is a Graduate in Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) and an MBA graduate. He is also a Certified Purchasing Manager. He is Six sigma green and black belt. He has worked in different roles such as Regional Finance and Procurement manager, Director of Finance and Procurement, and Assistant Vice President. He has over 30 years of experience in Finance Procurement and HR Portfolios. He has been a successful part of projects over 200 million dirhams.

Aadil-Lakdawalla
Aadil is our local representative in Sydney. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ANZ/UK) and completed his MBA at Australia’s leading business school the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW).
He runs his own financial planning practice advising individuals and businesses. At the start of his career, he worked for many years with leading global consulting companies across Australian and Asia as a management consultant, before starting his own business.
