The Sole Proprietorship of “Abbas Lakdawalla” is in Corporate Law practice since 2001 and was run by a Company Secretary Abbas Lakdawalla, a reputed name in the Corporate World.

The personal practice was Corporatized and “Abbas Lakdawalla & Associates LLP” was registered in the year 2021 which took over the existing sole proprietorship of PCS Abbas Lakdawalla. CS Abbas Lakdawalla entered into a partnership with CS Vyoma Desai to expand and grow the practice so as to cater to a large base of Corporate and LLP clients.
